Program 2: Build & Bounce

This program is designed to build full-body strength while developing the spring and shock absorption needed for walking, running, and sport. Each session is 20–30 minutes, with a gentler Sunday practice to support recovery. This is an advanced program for those already well-versed in the work and ready to progress.
