A repeat of a fantastic weekend in 2024 - we’re returning to The Railway Rooms in Kingussie, with the wonderful Pauline cooking for us again (if you have experienced her food, you’ll share in my excitement!).

We'll arrive Thursday afternoon for a movement session and dinner, followed by two full days of workshops, classes, saunas and time to explore the village and surrounding trails on Friday and Saturday. On Sunday we will finish with another movement session and brunch before departing around 11am.

Travel: There's a train station (Kingussie) right outside the venue and plenty parking on site. The closest airport is Inverness.

The Venue: The Railway Rooms has a lovely big living area with a wood stove plus 12 bedrooms. All rooms are en suite.

Please Note: If you are booking a shared room, you can add the second guest during registration.
