I’d love to teach you how to unwind tension and build a strong and dynamic body, so you can feel confident, comfortable and resilient in your movement.
First, we need to change how we respond to pain and injury. We’re often encouraged to push through stiffness, ignore niggles, and medicate, numb or ‘just tolerate’ pain. But, by sending you these signals, your body is crying out for your attention - it’s now time to listen.

My teaching is rooted in Foundation Training, with insights from fascial release, somatic therapy, and holistic anatomy. Sessions involve whole-body physical exercises, but everything can be adapted to suit your level. If you’re new to exercise or are dealing with pain, that’s absolutely fine - we’ll go at the pace your body dictates.
